Repair and renewal of broken sash cords, cut out and replace rotten wood sections and sills using Repair Care Dry Flex Resin Elastic Repair Compound, and repair walls with Fibarex, Murex filler reinforced with fibres.

Wall and Floor Tiling

Removal and disposal of existing tiles, followed by repair and plastering of walls.

Flooring is strengthened with plywood boards, sub-floors are levelled using self-levelling compound, and all surfaces are sealed and prepared ready for tiling.

Dry Flex is ideal for sash windows, as the repair will not crack when the lower sash makes contact with the sill.
